The electron is the particle which transfers or removes energy from a substance. When a compound is one of the isomers, it may be chemically related to another chemical compound or a chemical compound in which the two are identical.In most cases isomerism will be a difference in bonding strength between the two compounds. But this is not always the case. For example, if a compound of gold is identical with the compound of arsenic, then the reaction that occurs will be very different because the molecules will be arra nged differently.Sometimes it is possible to determine the isomerism of a given compound by observing how it reacts with a mixture of similar compounds. The effect of any reaction will depend on the types of isomerism present.There are three types of isomerism that are commonly found in organic chemistry. The first type is isochronism, where isochrony, or moving the molecules back and forth in a periodic sequence, is not really necessary. The second type is covalent bonding, where compounds bond directly to each other or they may form covalent bonds, forming an insulator, a conductor, or a semiconductor. The third type is ionic bonding, where the molecular bond between atoms or ions is generally strong enough to prevent the exchange of electrons between the two atoms. These bonds may form electron-deficient 'doping', like copper and lead, to give good electrical conductivity. This type of bonding can be caused by impurities, catalysts, or even free radicals.Covalent bonding is more common than ionic bonding. We hope it'll also contain information on the comet event of the century, the passing of comet ISON later this year. ISON is projected to pass Earth during December, and to be fifteen times brighter than the moon. It's going to be passing within 40 million miles of us, which is under half the Earth's distance from the Sun. Astronomers think it'll put on a show as grand as the famed Comet of 1680, which was visible during daytime and enabled Isaac Newton to prove Kepler's planetary laws. The guide will also contain charts and guides on how to see all the old stellar favourites: the Pleiades star cluster, for example; or the Andromeda Galaxy, the Orion nebula and the rings of Saturn, things that look great even through binoculars. If you've never tried astronomy, this would be a great time to start. It is a 'humbling and character building experience', as the famous American astronomer Carl Sagan once said. It certainly has the awe factor, and the ability to make the heavily theoretical subjects of Mathematics and Physics come alive in a spectacular fashion.

I think that group we might call “bad bosses”. The good news is that you can develop those leadership traits even if they were not something you were born with. While attending management classes and reading books can all help, the best path to building those qualities is to observe great role models and exhibit those same behaviors. Here are the leadership qualities that you can begin modeling today: Leaders don’t hang back. You will never notice a leader being half committed or reluctant to participate. These people get quickly immersed into whatever the effort is, get knowledgeable and are generous with their skills and knowledge. This means you need to take an active role with the work your group is doing. Look for ways to contribute at a greater level. You may think your existing leader has to do something to “anoint” you with more. Don’t wait: ask. Leaders take responsibility.
